“Non-noble” explores impermanence and counterintuitive methodologies by combining mild steel, sterling silver, and titanium. Utilizing welding as a nontraditional approach to “marriage of metal,” I challenge materiality and relinquish my control as a maker by fusing together dissimilar metals that have corrosive properties with one another.
