Drawing inspiration from a fusion of ideas intertwined with human experiences, her current artistic focus revolves around finding positivity in seemingly bleak situations. Through her work, Emily aims to inspire introspection and encourage individuals to seek opportunities for personal growth and positive impact on others and themselves.
"Make Jewellery Not War" is a collection of wearable sculptures designed to serve as a gentle reminder to not only seek out the good in life but also to embody it. Each piece in the collection draws inspiration from various themes, whether it's a celebration of people power, the potential for positive change, or simple acts of kindness. Together, they encapsulate the profound capacity for hope that resides within each individual.
Crafted from warm-colored, shiny metals, these sculptures resemble little beacons of light, symbolizing hope and optimism. Additionally, 10% of sales from the collection are donated to Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders). Each sculpture rests upon a plinth representing a country or territory supported by MSF, further emphasizing the collection's commitment to humanitarian causes.
